Green Energy Group (HKG:0979) said Shao Mingbiao has been appointed co-chairman, while Lo Kam Wing has been redesignated from chairman to co-chairman, with effect from Thursday, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the renewable energy company were up nearly 6% in Friday afternoon trade.
