南方财经3月27日电，据媒体报道，3月26日，罗技官方旗舰店账号发布产品推广视频，配文“当我一降价你还不是像狗一样跑过来”，引发大量网友愤怒声讨。26日晚，罗技就发布侮辱性广告致歉。天眼查App显示，罗技（中国）科技有限公司成立于2011年9月，法定代表人为KUNLIU，注册资本780万美元，经营范围含投资经营决策，资金运作和财务管理，国内分销及进口物流运作管理，计算机外部设备、音频耳机、视频会议设备，手机及配件以及相关零配件的批发及进出口等，由LOGITECHHONGKONGLIMITED全资持股。风险信息显示，该公司涉及多起法律诉讼信息，案由涉及服务合同纠纷、产品责任纠纷等。此外，罗技还关联罗技科技（苏州）有限公司成立于2004年4月，法定代表人为傅仰华，注册资本2200万美元，经营范围含电子专用材料研发、电子专用材料制造、电子专用材料销售、电力电子元器件制造等，由LOGITECHHONGKONGLIMITED全资持股。
