路透上海3月27日 - 中国地产开发商--龙湖集团0960.HK去年录得核心净亏损，同比转亏，并且自2009年上市以来首次不派发末期股息。
该公司发布的年报要点如下：
去年净利10.2亿元人民币，同比降90.2%
录得核心净亏损17亿元，上年则为核心净利润69.7亿元
去年营业收入973.1亿元，同比降23.7%
董事会决议不派发末期股息，自2009年上市以来首次不派末期股息
净负债率（负债净额除以权益总额）52.2%，同比升0.5个百分点
全年实现合约销售金额631.6亿元，同比降37.5%
2026年计划新开九座左右商场，分布在杭州、成都、长沙等城市
2025年租金收入112.1亿元，较上年增长4%
