金山云（03896.HK）日前发布公告称，雷军因其他公司安排，已辞任非执行董事，自2026年3月25日起生效。同时雷军辞任金山云非执行董事后，不再担任金山云董事长、董事会提名委员会主席，以及董事会薪酬委员会成员等职务。
根据公告，公司副董事长邹涛已获委任为董事长及提名委员会主席；屈恒已获委任为非执行董事、提名委员会成员及薪酬委员会成员。
业内分析认为，雷军掌舵金山云11年，此次卸任是雷军近年持续“做减法”的延续，连续卸任小米非核心子公司、金山部分企业管理职务，只留核心战场，聚焦小米汽车。
截至目前，雷军仍任金山软件董事长，与金山系纽带未断，仅从管理一线退至战略指导。
据金山云2025年业绩报告，2025年公司总收入为95.59亿元，相比于2024年的77.85亿元增加22.8%。其中公有云服务收入为66.34亿元，同比增长32.5%；行业云服务收入为29.25亿元，同比增长5.3%。净亏损为9.44亿元，同比减少52.3%。
二级市场方面，截至3月26日收盘，金山云港股股价报7.57港元/股，总市值为343.10亿港元。
公开资料显示，金山云是国内知名的独立云服务商，主打全栈云服务与行业解决方案，和小米、金山集团保持着深度协同关系。该公司于2020年5月在美国纳斯达克上市；2022年12月，于香港交易所主板完成上市。天眼查APP显示，金山云由金山软件持股35.59%，小米集团持股9.88%。
