ChainCatcher 消息，Strategy 创始人 Michael Saylor 表示，公司发行的永续优先股 STRC 约 80%由散户持有。该产品按月支付股息，当前年化收益率约为 11.5%。
Saylor 称，STRC 被设计为围绕 100 美元面值交易的低波动收益工具，并可根据市场情况调整股息率。Strategy 今年已通过该产品筹集资金并用于配置比特币，累计投入规模接近 30 亿美元，并计划通过相关融资安排总计筹资 420 亿美元，其中 STRC 占 210 亿美元。Benchmark 分析师指出，随着 STRC 需求增长，Strategy 的比特币配置能力或将持续增强。
