智通财经APP讯，和谐汽车(03836)公布，预期公司截至2025年12月31日止年度将取得公司拥有人应占亏损不超过人民币6.35亿元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度取得公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币2.91亿元。
公告称，亏损主要由于：为提升销售效率及盈利能力，完善现有销售网路，集团因门店调整而产生物业、厂房及设备撇销一次性亏损约人民币1.77亿元;经集团审慎进行减值评估后，就若干表现欠佳的现金产生单元计提非经常性减值亏损，其中物业、厂房及设备的减值亏损拨备约1.555亿元，使用权资产减值亏损拨备约3270万元;因一家独立售后公司河南和谐汽车维修服务有限公司未能及时偿还债务，向其预付款项及自其应收利息约5720万元的预期信用损失;及公司一家附属公司发行的可转换债券产生非现金公允价值亏损约4210万元。该亏损为根据相关会计准则对金融负债按公允价值重新计量而产生。
此外，集团于2025财年的汽车销售及其他业务收入增长超过30%。此增长主要归因于集团国际销售网路的战略性扩张，该扩张拓宽了市场覆盖范围并提升了销量。
