智通财经APP讯，天津港发展(03382)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的全年业绩，来自持续经营业务收入收入116.89亿港元，同比增长6.96%;公司股权持有人应占溢利6.67亿港元，同比减少3.4%;每股盈利10.8港仙;建议宣派末期股息每股4.33港仙。
2025年，集团完成货物总吞吐量4.57亿吨(2024年：4.53亿吨)，同比上升0.9%，其中集装箱总吞吐量2,081万标准箱(2024年：2,047万标准箱)，同比上升1.7%。
公告称，来自持续经营业务的除所得税前溢利的增长主要由于集团2025年的收入及毛利均较2024年有所增加，但增长被天津港中航油码头有限公司(中航油码头公司，本公司的附属公司)出售资产录得约人民币0.7亿元的一次性亏损所抵销。
