据知情人士消息，曾与马斯克一同创立xAI的11位创始人之一罗斯・诺丁已于周五离职。这意味着，xAI创始团队的最后一员也已离开该公司。目前，诺丁在X平台上标注其xAI员工身份的认证标识也已消失。

　　此次离职之际，马斯克正着手重组xAI，并为其火箭公司SpaceX的重磅IPO做准备。SpaceX已于今年2月完成对这家人工智能初创公司的收购。

　　知情人士透露，现年36岁的诺丁在xAI直接向马斯克汇报工作，是其核心得力助手，负责统筹公司核心事务、推动各项工作落地执行。

　　诺丁毕业于密歇根理工大学，2023年追随马斯克从特斯拉离职，联合创立了这家人工智能公司。据商业内幕网获取的2021年组织架构图显示，在特斯拉任职期间，诺丁是自动驾驶团队的技术项目经理，参与搭建数据中心，用于训练特斯拉完全自动驾驶系统。

　　诺丁是马斯克表亲詹姆斯·马斯克的多年好友。2022年马斯克接手推特后，诺丁也曾是数十位来自特斯拉和SpaceX的工程师之一，协助马斯克统筹推特的大规模裁员工作。
