路透香港3月26日 - 中国最大离岸石油及天然气生产商--中国海洋石油有限公司0883.HK600938.SS周四公布，去年净利同比下降11.5%，逊于市场预期，受油价下滑拖累；公司预计今年产量按年增长0.3-2.9%。
据刊于香港联交所的公告，中海油于2025年度股东应占溢利为1,220.82亿元人民币，前一年则为1,379.36亿元，低于市场预期的1,326亿元。
董事会建议派发末期股息每股0.55港元，全年普通股息1.28港元/股，派息比率45%。
该公司去年的油气净产量为777.3百万桶油当量，按年增长7%；并预计今年净产量达780-800百万桶油当量，资本支出为1,120至1,220亿元。
受美以伊战事影响，国际原油价近期大幅走高，中海油港股/A股今年迄今累计涨37%/36%，同期布兰特原油期货LCOc1升逾七成。（完）
