轻松健康近日发布截至2025年12月31日止年度经审核全年业绩。公告显示，2025年公司实现收入12.56亿元，同比增长32.9%；毛利4.35亿元，同比增长20.3%；净亏损为3.79亿元，上年同期为盈利1040万元；经调整净利润（非国际财务报告准则计量）9200万元，同比增长9.0%。
年报显示，数字营销业务毛利率由上年的10.3%提升至13.6%；数字医学研究辅助服务毛利率由8.1%提升至20.5%；综合健康服务包毛利率由27.3%提升至36.7%。
保险相关服务方面，轻松健康保险技术服务收入为2.21亿元，同比增长17.6%；保险经纪服务收入为1.05亿元。
从平台基础看，截至2025年12月31日，公司平台注册用户达1.686亿，通过微信公众号、小程序及企业微信累计粉丝量约6380万，同比增长4.9%。在企业合作伙伴方面，医药合作伙伴增至103家，同比增长66.1%；保险合作伙伴增至59家，同比增长63.9%。
