3月26日，博鳌亚洲论坛2026年年会于3月24日至27日在海南博鳌举行。阿里巴巴集团副总裁项煌妹参加了主题为“走进AI时代:把握机遇创造未来”的论坛。
项煌妹表示，阿里消费生态做得很广，所以在AI+消费的领域里面，我们从技术变革到产业的落地进行了非常坚定地投入。
她强调：“我给大家分享两个数字，刚刚过去的春节，九天的时间，400万60岁以上的老年人第一次用千问下外卖。第二个数字，三四五六线县域城市AI订单暴涨了百倍。我们也分析，肯定是得益于中国庞大的互联网群体、成熟的支付体系，以及丰富的应用场景，构成了AI+消费落地的三大土壤。”
