智通财经APP讯，杰地集团(08313)发布公告，集团预计截至2025年12月31日止年度净亏损约为469万新加坡元，与去年同期净亏损约为120万新加坡元相比，这相当于损失增加了约349万新加坡元，即290.8%。
集团的财务预期净亏损增加主要由于(i)收益由上一年度约496万新加坡元减少至报告年度约270万新加坡元，主要由于集团基金管理分部及收购与项目管理分部的股息收入、管理费、基金设立费及绩效费减少;(ii)其他收入由上一年度约108万新加坡元减少至报告年度约52万新加坡元;(iii)确认一次性减值亏损至少329万新加坡元，包括就向若干基金提供的过渡性垫款以及应收基金及关联方款项作出的信贷减值;(iv)利息开支增加约28万新加坡元。
上述因素部分被金融衍生品公允价值收益约77万新加坡元,员工成本减少约78万新加坡元,其他费用减少约18万新加坡元以及所得税费用减少约120万新加坡元所抵销。
