薪酬考核与提名委员会决议并提名董博阳先生及敖奇顺先生为非执行董事。董事会亦已于2026年3月27日决议并批准提名董博阳先生及敖奇顺先生为非执行董事及重选公司除退任董事外的在任非职工董事为董事。委任董博阳先生及敖奇顺先生为非执行董事及重选公司除退任董事外的在任非职工董事为董事须经股东于年度股东会审议及批准。
