2025年，本集团铁精粉平均销售价格震荡下行，为了改善盈利水平，本集团持续深化降本举措，有效实现了生产成本降低与运营效率的提升，使得本集团铁精粉产销量有所提升以及单位现金运营成本有所降低。截至2025年12月31日止年度，本集团铁精粉产量约为749.4千吨，与去年同期增长约3.8%;报告期内，实现铁精粉销售量约为754.2千吨，较去年同期增长约2.0%，铁精粉平均销售价格约为732.4 元/吨，较去年同期降低约8.2%;于报告期内，京源城铁精粉平均单位现金运营成本约为608.6元/吨，较去年同期减少约8.1%。
