3月26日下午消息，博鳌亚洲论坛2026年年会于3月24日至27日在海南博鳌举行。在“AI+健康的未来：应用与治理”分论坛上，谈及普通用户利用AI大模型进行在线问诊这一话题时，腾讯健康总裁、腾讯生命科学实验室负责人吴文达表示：“用户通常只会提出比较笼统的问题，而AI无法掌握其个人背景信息，包括年龄、病史、症状持续时间等关键内容。不少人因为AI给出的回答看上去十分专业，便高估了它的实际能力。”
吴文达指出，这是当前各类AI普遍存在的问题。AI可以复述大量精准专业的信息，却缺乏对个人具体情况与实际问题的深度理解。即便AI具备相应技术能力，也需要用户完整提供各类背景信息，才能给出恰当的判断与回复。因此，用户如何正确使用AI进行问诊同样至关重要。
