智通财经APP讯，亚洲策略科技(01027)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，收益减少约21.5%至约2.77亿元，毛利减少约35.5%至约2000万元，年内亏损约1000万元，同比盈转亏。每股基本亏损约2.45分。
公告称，收益减少，主要是由于雨伞零部件的需求减少。
盈转亏主要原因为截至2025年12月31日止年度，由于市况不佳，对雨伞零部件的需求大幅减少，故收益减少约人民币7600万元;及截至2025年12月31日止年度，物业、厂房及设备减值亏损约人民币1000万元。
