智通财经APP讯，中国船舶租赁(03877)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收益40.44亿港元，同比增加0.24%;本公司股东权益应占溢利18.45亿港元，同比减少12.37%;每股基本盈利0.298港元;拟派末期股息每股5港仙。
公告称，集团紧抓造船市场绿色智能转型机遇，以稳健步调开拓新项目，2025年新签船舶订单10艘，合同金额5.19亿美元，中高端船型占比100%。重点加大海上清洁能源装备(LNG船、FLNG等)与高技术附加值船舶的投入，同步动态调整存量船队结构，提升绿色船型占比，既满足日益严格的国际环保标准，又精准契合能源转型带来的结构性需求。
