智通财经APP讯，马可数字科技(01942)发布公告，本集团预期于 2025财年的本公司拥有人应占净亏损将不超过人民币1.1亿元，而截至2024年 12月31日止年度(2024财年)约为人民币1.432亿元，本公司拥有人应占净亏损减少主要归因于以下各项的净影响：
(i)并无确认于2024财年与独立第的方提供的信贷融资合约相关的无形资产减值约人民币5520万元，该信贷融资合约旨在支持Positive Oasis Limited及其附属公司(Positive Oasis集团)的业务营运，并已于2024年12月31日到期;(ii)并无就Positive Oasis集团及创通发展有限公司及其附属公司因财务表现不佳而于2024年财年确认商誉减值约人民币3760万元;(iii)2025 财年广泛部署金融科技相关业务导致行政开支增加;及(iv)于2025年12月31日的应收贷款增加导致就贸易及其他应收款项的减值亏损计提拨备增加。
