智通财经APP讯，中天湖南集团(02433)发布公告，本集团预计于该年度(截至2025年12月31日止年度)取得净亏损约人民币7000万元至人民币7800万元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度(前年)则取得净亏损约人民币2640万元。
董事会认为，相较于前年，该年度净亏损大幅增加主要是由于：收入由前年的约人民币9.308亿元减少至该年度的约人民币5.863亿元，主要是由于整体经济放缓及建筑项目减少所致;及金融及合约资产减值净额由前年的约人民币3760万元大幅增加至该年度的约人民币7400万元，这是由于客户结算期延长及相应的预期信用损失拨备所致。
