智通财经APP讯，阳光能源(00757)公布2025年业绩，收益约24.27亿元，同比减少34.5%;母公司股东应占亏损约2.85亿元，同比增长25.64%;每股基本及摊薄亏损8.58分。
公告称，收益减少主要归因于光伏产业进入转型及重组阶段。尽管行业的“反产能过剩”措施取得积极成效，供应链价格逐渐触底反弹，但由于先前结构性产能过剩的惯性所导致的供需持续不平衡，导致集团整体表现疲弱。年内，主要产品的平均售价持续下降，导致光伏组件收益减少。亏损增长主要由于收益及毛利减少以及确认的资产减值损失所致。
