公告称，转盈为亏由于放债业务的利息收入减少至2817.5万港元(2024年：4980万港元);银行利息收入减少至2152.4万港元(2024年：3752.7万港元);及应收贷款的减值亏损拨回621.2万港元(2024年：拨备1064.6万港元)的综合影响。
