默茨表示将为法德战斗机项目的未来而战
路透柏林3月27日 - 德国总理弗里德里希-默茨（Friedrich Merz）周五表示，他将竭尽全力挽救与法国和西班牙合作的受危机影响的FCAS战斗机项目，并从总体上促进欧洲国防工业的更大合作。
默茨在《FAZ报》主办的一次会议上说："德国工业的未来现在岌岌可危，而这一工业在很大程度上依赖于国防部门。" 他补充说，他将为FCAS等欧洲联合项目“战斗到最后一刻”。
