智通财经APP讯，京城佳业(02210)发布公告，关于城建兴发加油站搬迁腾退补偿事宜，于2026年3月27日，公司、城建置业(公司全资附属公司)与海城兴泰(作为实施单位╱搬迁人)等订立搬迁补偿协议，据此，海城兴泰同意就兴发加油站的经营权终止及其地上建筑物、构筑物及设备等的搬迁腾退损失通过货币补偿方式予以补偿，而集团将就此获分配的搬迁腾退补偿款合共人民币5781万元。
兴发加油站为公司的间接全资附属公司，由城建置业全资持有，为于中国注册成立的有限责任公司，其主营业务为成品油零售、烟草制品零售、食品销售、酒类经营、洗车服务及日用百货销售。
