智通财经APP获悉，据港交所3月25日披露，星环信息科技(上海)股份有限公司(简称：星环科技(688031.SH))向港交所主板递交上市申请书，海通国际为独家保荐人。该公司曾于2025年8月18日递表港交所。
招股书显示，根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按收入计，星环科技是中国第五大AI基础设施软件供应商，2024年市场份额达2.8%，同时亦为市场最大纯服务供应商。公司是全球首家通过TPC-DS测试及官方审计的数据库企业，这表明公司基于分布式架构的基础软件在大规模数据计算与分析方面已达到行业领先水平。公司是首家入选Gartner《数据仓库与数据管理解决方案魔力象限》的中国企业，这标志着公司的领先地位已获得国际权威机构的认可。
