智通财经APP讯，JS环球生活(01691)发布公告，基于本集团内的职务重新分工，以及为遵循香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则附录C1所载企业管治守则守则条文第C.2.1条的规定，通过区分董事长与首席执行官的职责以实现良好企业管治，王旭宁先生(王先生)已卸任本公司首席执行官(首席执行官)职务，自2026年3月26日起生效(辞任)。王先生将留任执行董事、董事长及本公司提名委员会及战略委员会主席。
同时，董事会欣然宣布，执行董事韩润女士(韩女士)已获委任为首席执行官，自2026年3月26日起生效，其不会因获委任而获得任何额外酬金。
