快科技3月27日消息，罗技抖音账号发布了一条内容引发大量用户指责，其推广视频中表示：“当我一降价你还不是像狗一样跑过来”。
此文案被认为是在嘲讽用户是狗，惹怒了大量用户和网友。
对此，罗技中国官微正式发布致歉声明。
其中表示，对于今日抖音平台“罗技G官方旗舰店”发布的极其不当内容，罗技中国感到由衷的震惊与痛心。
完全理解并感同身受每一位玩家的失望与愤怒，对此向广大用户致以最诚挚的道歉。
声明称，“罗技G官方旗舰店”由罗技中国授权上海百事得电子有限公司运营，负责罗技产品在抖音渠道的销售。
经调查，此次违规内容系上海百事得电子有限公司员工个人跳过了罗技中国的营销材料审核流程擅自发布，严重违反了罗技中国的品牌准则。
罗技中国将深刻检讨对授权店铺营销行为的管理力度，坚决杜绝此类事件再次发生。
罗技称始终尊重每一位玩家，将以此为戒，聚焦产品体验与服务，用最严苛的标准捍卫品牌信誉与玩家信任。
