南方财经3月25日电，天眼查App显示，近日，优必选（09880.HK）发生工商变更，注册资本由约4.7亿人民币增至约5亿人民币，增幅约7%。深圳市优必选科技股份有限公司成立于2012年3月，法定代表人为周剑，经营范围含从事智能机器人、人工智能算法、软件、通讯设备、玩具及相关领域的技术研发、技术咨询等。股东信息显示，该公司由周剑、深圳市进化论投资合伙企业（有限合伙）、夏佐全等共同持股。
