智通财经APP讯，石药集团(01093)发布公告，由于根据2018年股份奖励计划之条款及条件在市场上购买之股份总数已接近相关计划限额(即不超过本公司于2018年8月20日已发行股份总数之2%)，董事会欣然宣布，于2026 年3月25日已决议采纳2026年股份奖励计划。
于2024年5月21日修订2018年股份奖励计划的条款后，董事会仅可指示受托人于市场上购买现有股份，以满足根据2018年股份奖励计划授予的股份奖励。自2018年采纳2018年股份奖励计划起，尚未透过发行或配发新股份的方式满足根据该计划授予的股份奖励。
于本公告日期，2018年股份奖励计划项下可供日后授出的股份数目约为6401.99万股，而根据该计划已授出但尚未归属的股份奖励为5331.85万股。2018年股份奖励计划将继续具有十足效力及效用，直至其于2028年8月19日(即自采纳日期起计满10年)届满为止，且不影响2018年股份奖励计划下获选参与者的现有权利。
