智通财经APP讯，中国金融国际(00721)发布公告，董事会建议按本公司已发行及未发行股本中每5股现有股份合并为1股合并股份的基准实施股份合并。于本公告日期，有109.72亿股已缴足或入账列作缴足的已发行现有股份。假设自本公告日期起直至股东特别大会日期将不会进一步发行股份，则股份合并生效后，将有21.94亿股已缴足或入账列作缴足的已发行合并股份。本公司的法定股本将维持在3亿港元，惟将分为60亿股每股面值0.05港元的合并股份。
