智通财经APP讯，普星能量(00090)公布，于2026年3月30日，公司的直接全资附属公司普星能(香港)有限公司及蓝天电厂拟向顺发恒能股份公司出售德能合共49%股权，代价为约人民币1.13亿元。同日，普星能(香港)有限公司拟向顺发恒能股份公司出售京兴的全部股权，代价为约人民币1.47亿元。
为符合浙江省发改委(能源局)关于新型储能项目建设计划的要求，德能和京兴需就其储能项目追加资本投入。然而，该追加资本投入与集团的长期战略发展方向并不一致。此外，根据国网浙江省电力有限公司2025年10月发布的有关代理工商业用户购电价格的公告，储能项目的购电价格较年初出现大幅上调，而放电价格维持固定不变，导致充放电价差严重压缩，从而对储能项目未来的预期盈利能力造成不利影响。经审慎考虑相关资本需求、近期的监管及电价环境，以及集团的整体战略发展方向后，董事会认为动用内部资源或透过外部融资方式为该等投资提供资金并未符合集团的长远利益。因此，公司已决定全面出售德能及京兴。出售事项将使集团能够精简业务、优化资源配置并提升整体资本效率。
