智通财经APP讯，百德国际(02668)公布2025年业绩，收益约7.69亿港元，同比增长14%;公司股权股东应占亏损约2.38亿港元，同比增长4.05%;每股亏损4.24港仙。
公告称，亏损增加乃主要由于(i)应收贸易款项及其他应收款项预期信贷亏损大幅增加8050万港元;(ii)完成收购采矿业务后，整体成本(包括直接成本以及营运及行政开支)有所增加;(iii)财务成本增加2740万港元，主要由于采矿业务的银行贷款所致;及(iv)投资物业的公平值亏损增加2620万港元。该等增加部分被于2024年取得的商誉减值亏损大幅减少1.646亿港元所抵销。
