2026年3月27日，受全球存储芯片持续供不应求、价格飙升的影响，日本科技大厂索尼公司通过官网宣布，自2026年3月27日起暂停接受来自授权经销商和索尼商店客户的CFexpress存储卡和SD存储卡订单。
此次暂停接单的产品涵盖索尼所有存储卡产品线，包括CFexpress Type A、CFexpress Type B和SD卡。容量为240GB、480GB、960GB和1920GB的Type A卡以及容量为480GB和240GB的Type B卡均已停产。索尼全系列高端SD卡也已停产，包括256GB、128GB和64GB的TOUGH系列SD卡，以及容量为512GB、256GB、128GB和256GB的索尼普通品牌SD卡（最高速度为V60）。甚至索尼的低端V30 128GB和64GB SD卡也已停产，这表明固态硬盘短缺影响的是所有类型的固态存储设备，而不仅仅是高端产品。
索尼解释称，由于全球半导体（存储器）短缺及其他因素，预计在可预见的未来，CFexpress 存储卡和 SD 存储卡的供应将无法满足市场需求。因此，才决定暂停接受下单。
至于何时才能恢复接受订单的问题，索尼表示：“我们将密切关注供应情况并予以考虑，届时将在产品信息页面另行公布。”
