智通财经APP讯，创联控股(02371)发布公告，截至2026年3月31日(即该等认购事项的最后完成日期)，认购人1及认购人2均尚未支付其应支付的总认购价之结余。因此，本公司已分别与认购人1及认购人2订立终止协议，以终止认购协议1(经日期为2026年1月20日之第二份补充协议及日期为2026年2月28日之第三份补充协议修订及补充)及认购协议2(经日期为2026年1月20日之第二份补充协议及日期为2026年2月28日之第三份补充协议修订及补充)，自2026年3月31日起生效，且本公司将不会向认购人1及认购人2各自发行任何认购股份。
鉴于终止，订约方于经修订之认购协议1及经修订之认购协议2项下的所有权利及义务将告停止及终止，且任何一方均不得就经修订之认购协议1及经修订之认购协议2向另一方提出任何索赔。
董事会认为，终止对本集团现有的业务营运及财务状况并无重大影响。
