智通财经APP讯，海螺材料科技(02560)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入人民币23.14亿元(单位下同)，同比减少2.93%;公司权益股东应占溢利1.09亿元，同比减少12.95%;每股盈利0.19元，拟派发末期股息每股0.16元。
于报告期内，本集团研发成本为4308万元，较去年同期减少1192万元，降幅为21.67%，主要是部分重点科研项目的产业化落地及研发项目梯队推进影响。随着固体减水剂、降黏减水剂、早强减水剂等核心项目基本实现产业化目标，以及粉体六价铬还原剂、磷酸镁修补砂浆、EC关键技术等10个项目顺利结题，叠加部分新项目尚处前期研究阶段，研发投入正处于蓄力阶段。
