3月31日金融一线消息，浙商银行今日召开2025年度业绩说明会，董事长陈海强指出，过去银行在数字化转型中常常陷入一个误区：“科技部门热火朝天，业务部门不伦不类，转型成果难以落地，根本原因还是科技业务两张皮。”
针对如何解决这一问题，陈海强表示：业务人员要懂科技，知道技术能做什么，要做什么；科技人员要懂业务，要理解一切的痛点和需求；更重要的是把数字化转型作为一把手的工程，从战略层面统筹推进。
陈海强强调，数字化转型不能停留在表面，必须让科技真正融入组织的血液，而不是游离在外的附属品。
