中国质量新闻网讯（记者 朱文达）今年以来，山东省临沂市市场监管局持续加强居民水电气计量不准确、收费不规范整治工作，开展“回头看”活动，健全民用“三表”的生产、检定、安装、使用全链条监管体系，切实落实供水、供电、供气公用企业主体责任，提高服务质量和水平，营造诚信、守法、公正、和谐的消费环境。
临沂市市场监管局加强民用“三表”生产企业源头管理，开展对民用“三表”生产企业实际制造产品与批准型式一致性的监督检查以及企业生产条件检查，指导民用“三表”生产企业切实落实主体责任。在使用过程中，该局大力指导供水、供电、供气公用企业切实落实主体责任，完善计量管理制度，对在用“三表”的产品信息、检定、安装和使用时间、是否超期使用、到期轮换等情况进行登记造册，有序推进计量器具到期轮换。
该局还全面梳理本地区居民水电气价格政策，密切关注人民群众反映强烈的问题，深入开展监督检查，积极回应群众关切；组织开展计量计费科普宣传，多渠道向广大消费者宣传民用“三表”计量知识，普及水电气价格政策，进一步引导消费者提升自我维权的意识和能力。
