南财智讯3月30日电，浙商银行公告，公司2025年实现营业收入625.14亿元，同比下降7.59%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润129.31亿元，同比下降14.85%；基本每股收益0.44元，同比下降15.38%。截至2025年末，资产总额3.48万亿元，同比增长4.68%；发放贷款和垫款总额1.92万亿元，同比增长3.53%；吸收存款余额2.04万亿元，同比增长6.30%；不良贷款率1.36%，较上年末下降0.02个百分点；拨备覆盖率155.37%，较上年末下降23.30个百分点。公司董事会建议2025年度利润分配预案为：每10股派发现金股息1.31元（含税），该预案尚需提交股东大会审议批准。
