智通财经APP讯，中细软科技(01020)发布公告，配售协议所载的所有条件均已获达成，而完成配售事项已于2026年3月30日根据配售协议的条款及条件作实。根据配售协议，公司已根据一般授权按每股配售股份0.26港元的配售价向6名承配人(彼等及彼等最终实益拥有人均为独立于公司及彼等各自的关连人士或彼等各自的联系人的第三方)配发及发行4000万股配售股份，相当于本公布日期公司已发行股本(经配发及发行配售股份扩大)约0.74%。
配售事项的所得款项总额为1040万港元，及配售事项的所得款项净额约为1020万港元。预期配售事项的所得款项净额将用作集团的一般营运资金，以满足其持续发展及现有业务所需，包括但不限于总部开支、专业服务费及员工薪金，并预计将于2026年12月底前悉数动用。
