半导体股周一普遍下跌，延续了上周的跌势，投资者正在权衡该行业面临的阻力。

　　费城半导体指数下跌约3%，使其五日累计跌幅接近9%。存储芯片制造商跌幅居前，西部数据下跌5%，美光科技和希捷科技各下跌约4%，闪迪下跌近3%。

　　设备供应商亦走低，泛林集团下跌约5%，而阿斯麦和科磊各下跌约3%。光学元件制造商中，应用光电暴跌14%，Coherent下跌近9%，Lumentum下跌7%。

　　英伟达和超微半导体跌幅均不到1%，而英特尔下跌约3%。
