本报讯 为严厉打击非法设置使用信号屏蔽器行为，切实维护空中电波秩序，近日，四川省经济和信息化厅联合成都市经济和信息化局，聚焦存放抵押车辆的车库非法设置使用信号屏蔽器问题，组织开展专项行动，查处非法设置使用信号屏蔽器案件5起，依法拆除信号屏蔽器36套。
专项行动中，成都市经济和信息化局充分发挥技术优势，利用移动监测车和便携式监测设备，克服车库环境封闭、信号遮挡严重等困难，快速锁定非法信号屏蔽器。经查，涉案设备均无无线电发射设备型号核准代码，擅自使用这些非法设备对周边公众移动通信基站及全球导航卫星系统（GNSS）信号造成有害干扰。
执法人员现场向涉案车库负责人详细讲解了无线电管理相关法律法规，明确指出非法设置使用信号屏蔽器可能造成的危害及应当承担的法律责任。依据《中华人民共和国无线电管理条例》相关规定，执法人员依法出具《责令改正通知书》，要求立即停用、拆除非法设备。涉案车库负责人积极配合，及时拆除了非法设备。目前，案件正在进一步处理中。
