智通财经APP讯，东吴水泥(00695)发布公告，有关本公司控股股东Goldview Development Limited( Goldview)(由非执行董事蒋学明先生全资拥有)出售股份。根据建议交易I协议的条款，建议交易I须待建议交易I协议所载的先决条件于 2026年3月31日(最后截止日期)或之前获达成(或豁免，视乎情况而定)后方完成交割。本公司董事会接获Goldview通知，港航香港需额外时间向若干中国监管部门取得所有必要批准，以达成建议交易I协议中约定的先决条件，且 Goldview与港航香港已同意将最后截止日期延至2026年4月30日。
