智通财经APP讯，数字王国(00547)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，收入7.77亿港元，同比增长24.2%;公司持有人应占亏损2.57亿港元，同比减少14.3%;每股亏损3.23港仙。
公告称，本年度的亏损主要是由于：确认非现金流出开支，包括：摊销及折旧开支; 来自一个现金产生单位的商誉及无形资产减值亏损 3603.5万港元(2024年：零港元); 透过损益按公平价值计量的金融资产的公平价值亏损3705.9万港元(2024年：收益603.1万港元); 涉及年内所授购股权及以股本结算以股份支付的开支价值756.8万港元行政及其他项目开支;及来自媒体娱乐分部的营运亏损。
