智通财经APP讯，澳亚集团(02425)发布公告，于2026年3月26日，合资联合体与卖方赤峰市强本农牧业投资(集团)有限公司订立协议，据此，合资联合体同意收购目标公司内蒙古赤峰博源种牛繁育有限公司100%股权，代价为人民币2000万元。于2026年3月30日，合资联合体已向卖方支付所需的人民币2000万元。
合资公司A(澳亚环球(上海)种畜有限公司)与合资公司B(内蒙古中敖农投农业有限公司)于2026年2月27日组成合资联合体，并于2026年3月12日就收购目标公司100%股权递交投标，其中合资公司A收购60%，合资公司B收购余下40%。合资联合体于2026年3月19日收到中标通知书。
内蒙古赤峰博源种牛繁育有限公司主要在中国从事畜禽养殖业务。收购目标公司对集团具有战略重要性。董事会认为，收购事项将使集团能够确保在原料奶及肉牛两个业务分部采购冷冻精液的持续性、质量及安全性。此外，借助现有的基因改良计划，集团预期能实现协同效应，从而改善畜群遗传性状，并将业务发展扩展至向外部客户销售冷冻精液及体外受精胚胎。
