智通财经APP讯，吉利汽车(00175)发布公告，公司透过其间接全资附属公司，已与Volvo Car Corporation(Volvo Car)订立一份非约束性谅解备忘录，内容有关集团间接全资附属公司领克汽车科技有限公司(领克)于欧洲的业务营运。
根据谅解备忘录，Volvo Car将负责领克品牌于欧洲地区的区域营运事宜，包括但不限于市场推广、销售及售后服务，以加快领克于欧洲市场的可规模化增长。建议安排涵盖若干主要欧洲市场，包括德国、法国、西班牙及意大利。
是次合作拟透过Volvo Car成熟的中央商业营运平台、可靠的经销商网络及售后服务据点，以支援领克于欧洲的销售、市场推广及客户服务功能，从而提升营运效率，并加快扩展步伐以支持更高销售量。
领克将继续保留其产品组合的整体设计、研发及产品认证责任。
