网易财经AI讯兖矿能源集团股份有限公司发布2025年年度报告显示，公司全年实现销售收入1333.41亿元，同比下降5.53%；按国际财务报告准则实现归母净利润85.25亿元，同比下降41.6%。

2025年，面对经济形势错综复杂、新型能源体系加速构建、煤炭行业周期波动等严峻挑战，本集团克难攻坚、沉着应对，全年商品煤产量1.82亿吨，创历史新高，同比增长6.3%；化工品产量977万吨，同比增长76万吨或8.46%。

从业务分部来看，煤炭业务实现销售收入886.66亿元，同比减少184.57亿元或17.2%，主要受煤炭销售价格同比下降影响；煤化工业务实现销售收入242.93亿元，同比下降5.84%；电力业务实现销售收入23.10亿元，同比下降8.95%。公司通过深入实施"十个加强、十个增效、十项费用节支"等成本管控措施，吨煤销售成本同比降低7%至324.40元/吨，资产负债率降至62.2%，平均融资利率降至2.46%。

公司秉持"股东至上、价值共享"理念，继中期分红0.18元/股后，拟实施末期分红0.32元/股，全年累计分红派息50.2亿元。展望2026年，本集团计划生产商品煤1.86-1.90亿吨，生产化工品950-1100万吨，力争吨煤销售成本降低3%。
