智通财经APP讯，康耐特光学(02276)发布公告，为深化公司在智能眼镜领域的战略布局，提升产业链上下游的协同效应以及加强与行业龙头企业的深度合作，公司拟投资人民币1.8亿元，参与灵伴科技(杭州)股份有限公司的最新一轮融资以认购其普通股，该笔投资占灵伴科技此轮融资完成后总股权的比例不超过5%。是次投资的资金为公司内部自有资源。
灵伴科技作为中国人机交互与AR领域的独角兽企业，其旗下的Rokid品牌智能眼镜已深耕行业十年，稳居国内消费级智能眼镜市场的前列。公司已与其展开业务合作。结合集团全球化产能布局和快速交付能力，预计双方间的合作会进一步深化。
此次投资标志着集团在智能眼镜新业务发展的重要里程碑。在国家大力发展“新质生产力”和“人工智能+”的背景下，董事会相信，依托公司二十多年的技术沉淀及近年来与国内外各大智能眼镜头部厂商深度合作的经验，该司将进一步巩固在智能眼镜领域视光解决方案的领导地位，为股东创造长期价值。
