消息面上，时代天使公布2025年业绩，全年达成总案例数532,400例，同比增长48.1%；收入同比增加37.8%至3.7亿美元，净利润同比增加163.0%至2630万美元，经调整净利润4377万美元，同比增长62.99%；每股盈利0.17美元，拟派末期股息每股0.48港元及特别股息每股4.99港元。公告称，盈利能力的改善得益于收入的提升及集团全球基础设施推动运营杠杆效应的发挥，以及年内部分营运及法律费用的确认时点因素影响。
