继黎女士辞任后，陈恩霖女士(陈女士)已获委任为本公司联席公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序代理人，自2026年3月27日起生效。
于上述变更后，孟龙先生(孟先生)将继续与陈女士共同担任联席公司秘书。
