3月31日金融一线消息，民生银行今日召开2025年度业绩交流会。谈及零售业务，执行董事、副行长张俊潼总结了2025年全年零售业务开展情况，并对2026年零售业务进行展望：

　　他表示，展望2026年，我们将继续保持战略定力，坚持将零售业务作为全行长期性、基础性的战略业务来开展。要坚持稳增长、优结构、强基础、提质效的工作主线，持续完善零售经营体系，强化零售风险管理，推动零售业务高质量发展。

　　一是数字化经营。零售“一个大脑”建设已经基本完成，通过分产品、分客群的实际运用，跑通了整个大脑，从数据收集、管理决策、营销策划到销售作业，从线上到线下跑通了全流程。

　　二是夯实基础能力，提升全客群的服务体验。坚持“以客为尊”，用心服务，持续夯实基础客户、基础产品、基础服务、基础管理，做强全客户、全产品、全渠道、全场景服务能力，用扎实用心的服务不断提升客户的获得感和满意感。

　　三是坚持优结构、落实高质量发展，将业务结构的不断改善作为主线，今年会进一步的着力在消贷的资产结构上，按照政策导向、监管要求，以及同业的普遍做法加强风险管理，进一步回归本源，服务实体经济，夯实高质量发展的基础。
