消息面上，据媒体援引美政府官员的话报道，美国总统特朗普告诉其助手，即使霍尔木兹海峡仍关闭，他也愿意结束美国对伊朗的军事行动。此外，伊朗议会国家安全委员会通过法案，拟对在霍尔木兹海峡通行的船只收费。据报道，法案包含以伊朗里亚尔形式实施财务安排和收费系统、禁止美国和以色列船只通过该海峡以及维护伊朗及其武装部队的主导地位等内容。
中信建投发布研报称，近期市场博弈美伊停火预期。展望后市，霍尔木兹海峡仍是当下油价边际波动的核心，短期油价仍未对霍尔木兹海峡断航充分定价，若海峡关闭持续，油价仍将进一步上行，远期来看，即使霍尔木兹海峡通航，该风险溢价也将长期被定义在油价中，油价仍将处于高位水平。
